My picture Dryad got selected for the November 2009 Daz Studio Gallery at DAZ 3D - this is only the second time they've featured one of my works - check it out! http://www.daz3d.com/i/galleries/0?id=49475&sec=72&_m=d Hopefully the link works.  I'm just very encouraged - I knew it was a great piece, but it is still nice to have it recognized.  And, I get a $25 voucher for the site which will help the old wallet out!  I spend way too much on 3D content. There - something positive in my journal (for a change).

I'm no longer on any self improvement mission - just in therapy. I'm STILL re-installing my 3D content from my external hard drive that broke years ago.  I've now invested in Mozyhome (https://www.deviantart.com/home) so I never have to go through this again.  I may never get it all re-installed. I haven't been inspired art-wise.  It is all just random, uninspired renders.  I feel like my creativity is drying up and dying. I guess this year's journal will be a little depressing.  Oh well! I'm alive and on a self-improvement mission!  That doesn't really relate to anything on here, just an FYI. ;) My external hard drive with all my 3D content broke awhile back...and I've been ever so slowly reinstalling it.  It is a VERY long and tedious process.  So, I haven't done much art lately.  Although, I'm pretty fond of the few pieces I have done.  I think I've improved quite a bit since the early days. Anyhow, just wanted to update this - since my last journal entry was over a year ago.
